1. General Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of custom apparel printing services provided by Multiply Ink ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, the client ("you," "customer") agrees to these terms.
2. Orders
- Submission: Orders must be submitted with clear specifications, including artwork, quantities, sizes, colors, and placement.
- Approval: A digital proof will be provided for approval. Production begins only after written confirmation.
- Changes: Modifications to an order are subject to additional fees and may impact delivery timelines.
3. Artwork and Design
- Submission Standards: Files should meet our resolution and format requirements (e.g., vector files preferred).
- Copyright Compliance: You confirm that all artwork provided is free of third-party intellectual property rights or has proper licensing.
- Revisions: Minor design adjustments are included; extensive revisions may incur additional costs.
4. Payment
- Payment: All orders must be paid prior to production, unless payment terms are approved.

5. Turnaround Time
- Production Timeline: Standard turnaround is 10 business days from approval and deposit.

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Quality and Variations
- Printing Tolerance: Due to the nature of screen printing, slight variations in color, alignment, or positioning may occur.
- Garment Variability: Fabric inconsistencies or dye lots may cause variations, especially with mixed material garments.
8. Returns and Refunds
- Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom-printed items are non-returnable.
- Defects: Claims for defective products must be submitted within [number of days] days of receipt with photo evidence. If valid, we will provide a reprint or refund at our discretion.
9. Cancellations
- Orders canceled after production begins will not be refunded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dauphin County, PA.
